Q: Do I need experience in Clubs, Yoga or Steel Mace to do these programs?

A: Nope! This course is designed for those with zero experience in Clubs or Yoga, and focuses on the primal patterns that occur in natural human movement. You will naturally gain more range of motion as you train with Warrior Strength, but it is normal to start out a little inflexible.

Q: Is this safe for me if I have old injuries?

A: Yes, you should always get clearance from a doctor or a PT with any serious injuries. And I recommend you start with the Intro Mobility Section & Explainer Videos first while building your confidence. With time you will learn to eliminate pain & gain confidence in your movements with Clubs & Mace.

Q: What type of equipment is needed to get started?

A: We recommend a 7lb-10lb Club for Women, and a 10-15lb Club for Men to start (we provide you with a discount code after checkout for our preferred provider). For Steel Mace, we recommend a 7lb to start (about $40). You can google steel mace and get the generic brand. There are several bodyweight & mobility only videos to get started on while your club & mace gets shipped!

Q: How much time do I have to train to get results?


A: I always say, train or move on the days you want to feel good. Beginners - Aim for 2-3 days of strength & 2 days of mobility per week. Intermediate folks may do 3-4 of strength per week, and 2 days of mobility.

Q: Can I get my money back if I don’t like the program?

A: All sales are final once you make the purchase, since this is a digital product.

Q: What if I already have one of your other courses?

A: This is my first Original Club program that features my unique style of programming and coaching. Each workout is unique & progressive in nature, and it will compliment any of the other programs you’ve purchased from Flow Shala.
